IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and The Vimx Partition Recovery Software later referred to as 'SOFTWARE'. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT OF ANY UNAVOIDABLE STATUTARY LIABILITY.

*** LICENSE AGREEMENT ***
This license applies to the registered version of Vimx Partition Recovery.
If you are using an evaluation version of Vimx Partition Recovery, see the section titled "Evaluation License" below.

-Registered Version

One registered copy of Vimx Partition Recovery may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
Home Licenses - for non-commercial purposes. Single license may be used for up to 3 PCs in one household. The Home license will be assigned to the individual's name.
Business Licenses - for commercial use. With a Business License the company can use the program in a business, academic, or government environment.
Unlimited License - Business license that provides unlimited worldwide licensing for corporation. Technician License - For Data, System, Password Recovery Service Providers / Repair and Maintenance Companies. Provide technical services to your clients.
*** EVALUATION LICENSE ***

The following license applies to the evaluation version of Vimx Partition Recovery.

If you have purchased a license for the registered version of Vimx Partition Recovery, see the section "License Agreement" above.

-Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for few lesser function had been disabled. If you want to use full functions of this software a registration fee is required.

When payment is received you will be sent a registration code that will unlock all the product features.

-Distribution of Evaluation Version

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.

There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
